Kiersten Baker

Kiersten Baker has an extensive background in the engineering and construction fields, currently serving as an intern at Welch and Rushe, Inc. since June 2015, where responsibilities include project management, coordination using advanced software like Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, estimation assistance, development of service agreements, and accounting tasks. Additionally, Kiersten has been the head lifeguard at Pointer Ridge Swim and Racquet since May 2013, demonstrating strong leadership and certification in lifesaving techniques. An earlier internship at Parkinson Construction Co. Inc. provided valuable experience in monitoring construction site safety and materials. Kiersten Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and graduated with an Honors High School Diploma from Elizabeth Seton High School in 2016.
