Bart Leonard

Bart Leonard has extensive experience in technical services and operations management, primarily with Welch's since 2005. As Technical Services Manager, Bart oversees a $3 million annual capital plan and leads the capital planning process. Previous roles include Maintenance Senior System Advisor, where Bart managed the annual maintenance budget and staffing for a 340,000 square foot facility, and Packaging System Advisor, where Bart supervised multiple production lines, emphasizing safety and quality. Prior to Welch's, Bart served as Operations Supervisor at General Motors, achieving significant improvements in shipping efficiency and quality metrics, and worked as a Packaging Engineer at MSX International, where Bart significantly reduced packaging inventory costs. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Michigan State University, along with an Associate Degree in General Studies from Kellogg Community College.
