Marcin Baszkowski

Marcin Baszkowski has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Duty Station Manager at Welcome Airport Services Sp. z o.o. since December 2011. In this role, Marcin is responsible for delivering effective customer services, leading and motivating staff, and managing safety and security processes. Previously, Marcin held the position of Head of Ground Operations Department, overseeing a team of over 180 employees and ensuring operational safety, quality, and compliance with regulations. Also, Marcin has held various roles including Ramp Services Manager and Aircraft Dispatcher, where responsibilities included coordinating ground crew tasks, calculating payloads, and preparing flight documentation. Marcin's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Operation and Management of Airports from Warsaw University of Technology and a Master's degree in Tourism and Recreation from Wyższa Szkoła Turystyki i Hotelarstwa w Gdańsku.
