Hermione Tsotso

Hermione Tsotso has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Hermione is currently working as an Operations Team Lead at Welcome Pickups since February 2023. Prior to this, Hermione held multiple roles at AIESEC. Hermione served as the Regional Director of Operations for Europe from November 2021 to December 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing operational functions in the region. Before that, they were the Regional Organizational Development Manager Europe from August 2020 to October 2021, where they focused on improving organizational efficiency. Hermione also had a significant role as the National President of AIESEC from July 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they were accountable for strategic planning, team management, and financial oversight. Hermione successfully led a team, coordinated with local chapter presidents, and ensured financial sustainability. Additionally, Hermione has experience as a National Product Manager at AIESEC from August 2018 to July 2019.

From 2014 to 2020, Hermione Tsotso attended the University of Macedonia, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
