Oleksandra (Alex) Melnyk

Oleksandra (Alex) Melnyk has a wealth of experience in the marketing and operations fields. Her career began in 2012, when they worked as a Marketing Intern for ErGarda International Limited. Oleksandra (Alex) then moved on to become a Project Coordinator for Whitmill Trust SA in 2013, as well as Team Lead for the Ukrainian Youth Centre (NGO). In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern for Google. In 2016, they joined Uber, where they served as Territory Lead for Uber Eats, Regional Marketing Manager for CIS & CEE Ridesharing, and Country Marketing Manager for Ukraine Ridesharing. In 2019, they were promoted to Growth Lead for Shared Rides in Europe. Most recently, they co-founded a Stealth Startup in 2021 and is currently serving as Head of Operations for Welcome Pickups.

Oleksandra (Alex) Melnyk has a varied education history. Oleksandra (Alex) completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy between 2010 and 2014. Oleksandra (Alex) then completed an Exchange Studies in Business from the University of Geneva between 2013 and 2014. In 2014, they completed their Master's Degree in Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. In 2017, they completed HBX Executive Education, Strategy & Leadership Modules from Harvard Business School Online. Oleksandra (Alex) also has a certification from Google for Google AdWords.
