Mona Dhillon

Mona Dhillon is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources leader, currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition and HR at Welcome Tech. Previously, Mona held the position of VP of Human Resources at Zest AI and served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ZestFinance. Additional roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at NationBuilder and Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at OpenX. Mona holds a Master of Science degree in Information Sciences from Claremont Graduate University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
