Leigh Lee

Leigh Lee is an experienced social worker with a strong background in case management and community resource collaboration. Currently serving as a Special Programs Case Manager at Weld County since May 2012, Leigh Lee assists customers in securing employment through job search support, job development, and connections with various agencies. Prior experience includes a role as a Homeless Shelter Case Manager at Catholic Charities from January 2011 to February 2012, where Leigh Lee conducted individual client assessments and developed service plans.
