James Baldwin

James Baldwin is an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with a comprehensive background in operating and setting up various types of lathes across multiple companies. Currently employed at Weldaloy Specialty Forgings since November 2020, James specializes in the setup and operation of Ameraseiki and Doosan lathes, while also editing and altering programs as necessary. Previous roles include positions at Moeller Aerospace, MB Aerospace Warren, RADIAN PRECISION, Gentz Aero, T.M. Smith Tool, and Teichon Industries, where skills in reading blueprints, programming in Mazatrol, and troubleshooting machines were developed. James completed IME Program courses in 1995 and graduated from Royal Oak Dondero High School in 1985.
