Arnold Garlick

Arnold Garlick has a strong background in engineering, sales, and brewing operations. Arnold is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering and Sales at WeldWerks Brewing Co., a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Strategic Initiatives from January 2021 to March 2023 and the Director of Brewing Operations from September 2017 to January 2021 at WeldWerks Brewing Co.

Before joining WeldWerks Brewing Co., Arnold worked at Sleeping Giant Brewing Company as the Brewing Team Lead from June 2017 to November 2017, Shift Brewer and Cellarman from December 2016 to June 2017, and Packaging Specialist from April 2016 to December 2016.

Prior to their time at Sleeping Giant Brewing Company, Arnold worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Front End Process Superintendent from February 2013 to April 2016 and as the Plant Superintendent from February 2012 to February 2013. Arnold also gained experience as a Production Engineer at Arkema, Inc. from June 2008 to January 2012, a Staff Environmental Engineer at CBM Environmental Services, Inc. from May 2007 to March 2008, and a Product Development Engineer at Lomic, Inc. from November 2005 to May 2007.

Arnold Garlick studied Brewing Technology at The Siebel Institute of Technology in 2016. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University between 2003 and 2007.
