Kieran Virgo

Kieran Virgo is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical delivery and support within the pharmacy sector. Currently serving as IT Technical Delivery Manager and IT Problem, Change & Major Incident Lead at Well Pharmacy since October 2010, Kieran has spent over a decade in ITIL standard service and support roles. Prior experience includes positions as IT Support Analyst and Electronic Prescription Service Support Coordinator at Well Pharmacy, where responsibilities encompassed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support across various software and hardware platforms. Kieran's career began in the Co-op as a Pharmacy Assistant and progressed to roles involving troubleshooting and support coordination. Kieran holds a BSc in Design Technology for Automotive from Staffordshire University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
