Daniel Fenoughty

Dan joined WSG in April 2022 and is responsible for all finance and tax matters in the UK as well as taking an active role in overseas M&A activity. Dan qualified as a chartered accountant whilst working for PwC and has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial positions across multiple sectors and industries. This includes 6 years working for listed businesses in the financial services sector and 8 years working for a Private Equity partnership with responsibility for transaction execution and portfolio management. Dan also has extensive senior finance experience across groups of software development companies operating within plc environments, including a business which specialises in the development of remote telemetry technologies for the Oil & Gas and Nuclear sectors.
