Todd Dumke is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in dining services and culinary operations. Currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at The Well•Spring Group since May 2022, Todd has also held the position of Purchasing Manager at The Art Institute since December 2012. Previous roles include Executive Sous Chef and Culinary Operations at Duke University East Campus from May 2016 to May 2022, and Sous Chef at Urban Food Group. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Eastern Carolina Organics and Chef de Cuisine at the Crossroads restaurant in Carolina Inn. Todd's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Management from The Art Institutes and multiple culinary degrees from Owens Community College.
