Justin Clark

Justin Clark, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Well Werks Energy since May 2024, Justin previously held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Oil States International from November 2018 to May 2024. Prior roles include Human Resources at Hampel Oil Distributors Inc. and Regional Operations Manager at the Kansas Department of Commerce, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and veteran services. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Fort Hays State University, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
