Jephthah Aletan

Jephthah Aletan has a diverse work experience in design, branding, and product management. Jephthah is currently working as a Mentor at adplist.org since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wellahealth from 2019-2022, where they held the roles of Design Lead and Brand And Marketing Manager. Jephthah was responsible for leading the delivery of the Caselink project, a resource management system for COVID-19, which was adopted by the Ministry of Health in Abuja and Lagos State. At Avoda, Jephthah worked as the Lead, Service and Experience Design, focusing on building brands and products with human-centered methodologies. Jephthah joined Tarvos Technology Limited in 2019 as the Product and Design lead, managing the development and design of loan origination and management platforms, agent banking platforms, and a lotto gaming platform. Jephthah also worked at Hersnee Limited as a Senior Brand Strategist/Product Designer, Venture Garden Group as a Designer, and 360 Incubation as a Creative Director. Jephthah's earlier experience includes working as a House Officer at Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital.

Jephthah Aletan pursued their education in dentistry at Obafemi Awolowo University, where they completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from 2007 to 2014. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BchD) degree. In 2020, they attended Product School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, in September 2018, Jephthah obtained a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation.
