Michael Polly

Michael Polly has a diverse work experience. Michael most recently worked at WellAir as the Senior Vice President of Product Management starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls from 2013 to 2018, where they held the role of Director of Strategic Marketing & Product Management. At Johnson Controls, they were responsible for managing the development and execution of growth strategies, delivering significant revenue growth and leading innovative business growth transformation projects. Before that, Michael worked at Danaher - Qualitrol Corporation from 2007 to 2013, where they held the position of Senior Global Product Manager & Business Development Lead. During their time at Danaher, they led a successful new business unit startup. Michael also has experience at Wright Bus as a Product Manager and Marketing Manager, where they achieved revenue growth, secured funding, and won marketing awards. Michael began their career at BDO LLP and Bombardier Aerospace.

Michael Polly's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended Cambridge House from 1981 to 1988. Michael further pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Henley Business School from 1992 to 1993. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ulster University between 1993 and 1994.
