Ethar Eltinay

Ethar ElTinay is an accomplished expert with significant experience in government engagement, policy innovation, and gender-focused initiatives. Currently serving as an Expert at GLG and a Global Advisory Board Member at Wellbeing at Work World, Ethar also leads the ThinkTank Initiative, which collaborates with global think tanks on policy projects and is an Action Coalition Commitment Maker at the UN Women's Generation Equality Forum. Previous roles include head of government engagement for COP28 UAE and advisor at the General Secretariat Of The Executive Council in Dubai, along with positions in digital policy and community development. Ethar holds an Executive Masters of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and is pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Public Policy Research and Practice at the University of Bath. Educational background includes a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor's in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology.
