Anna Schmidt-Hansen

Anna Schmidt-Hansen is a Senior Product Designer at Wellcome Trust since May 2023, with an extensive background in design and UX. As Creative Lead & Co-Director at Underway Studio, Anna oversees collaborative design projects and conducts screen printing workshops. Previous roles include Senior UX Executive at dentsu international, where responsibilities centered on UX research and design strategies for conversion rate optimization. Earlier experience includes positions as Junior Graphic Designer at Run For The Hills, Styling Assistant for Carrie Southall Designs, and Graphic Designer for .Cent Magazine. Anna co-founded WAXED, a student-led creative online magazine at the University of Westminster. Anna holds a Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute and a BA (Hons) in Illustration & Visual Communication from the University of Westminster.
