Anum Farid

Anum Farid is a seasoned professional in mental health research, currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at Wellcome Trust since July 2022, following a role as Research Manager in the same team. Anum's previous experience includes Programmes Manager at What Works for Children's Social Care, where responsibilities encompassed developing and delivering externally funded programs and financial management of grants. Prior to that, Anum held multiple positions at King's College London, including Assistant Programmes Manager and Research Facilitator, as well as roles at Homerton University Hospital Foundation Trust and Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, focused on clinical trials and research coordination. Anum holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from King's College London and the University of Westminster, respectively.
