William Hall

Will Hall is an accomplished policy expert with extensive experience in government relations and economic policy. Currently serving as the Head of Global Government Relations at Wellcome Trust since October 2018, Will previously held various roles at HM Treasury, including Head of EU Negotiation and Devolution Capability and Policy Adviser in the Chief Secretary's Office. Will has also authored a book on economic policy regarding superbugs, published by Harvard University Press. Notable contributions include establishing the Drug-Resistant Infections Policy Team at Wellcome Trust and serving as a Senior Policy Adviser on the Review into Antimicrobial Resistance, commissioned by the UK Prime Minister. Educational qualifications include an Executive Masters in Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as degrees from the University of Cambridge and The University of Manchester.
