Zoe Molyneux

Zoe Molyneux is an experienced policy professional with a strong background in health and governance. Currently serving as Policy Lead at Wellcome Trust since January 2023, Zoe previously held the role of Policy Lead and Programme Senior Responsible Owner at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office from December 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing the UK's £340 million core relationship with the World Health Organization. Prior to that, Zoe was Head of Cabinet Office Controls at the Cabinet Office, overseeing high-profile project reviews and redesigning spending controls policy. Additional roles include consultancy at Traverse, Senior Policy Adviser at Cancer Research UK focusing on access to medicines, and various positions in policy development for organizations including the Office for Life Sciences and the 1994 Group. Zoe holds a Master’s Degree in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The University of Manchester.
