Lorri White

Lorri White is a seasoned professional in client success and relationship management, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Welldoc since February 2022. In this role, Lorri manages key client relationships, identifies revenue growth opportunities, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance member experience and ensure contractual commitments are met. Prior to Welldoc, Lorri held positions at Zipari as Client Success Manager, Credible Behavioral Health Software as Partner Engagement Specialist, and MedeAnalytics as Director of Renewals and Client Success, where expertise in driving client renewals and managing customer relationships was developed. Earlier career experiences include roles at ViPS/GDIT as Account Executive and Product Consultant, CMG Health, Inc. as Account Manager and Clinical Trainer, and ARCC, Inc. as Clinical Supervisor and Counselor. Lorri holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and two Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Towson University.
