Dave McCabe

Dave McCabe has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and catering industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Contract Catering at Kāpura since September 2019, Dave previously held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Spotless Services from December 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, Dave was the Venue Manager for Catering and Cleaning at EPICURE, overseeing operations at Parliament New Zealand from April 2015 to December 2017. Dave's career in the industry began in April 2002 as Food and Beverage Manager for NZ Stadia at Spotless Services, where responsibilities were held until April 2015.
