Ela Romanowska

Ela Romanowska, is a Senior Commercialisation Manager at Wellington UniVentures, working with researchers at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington to develop and implement commercialization pathways for new innovations in advanced materials and engineering. Ela also holds various leadership roles in innovation support, research support, and investment committees in different organizations. Ela's background includes a Master's degree in Electronics from the University of Pretoria.
