Julia Stevens

Julia Stevens possesses extensive experience in programme coordination and management within various sectors, including economic development and tourism. Currently serving as Programme Manager at WellingtonNZ since February 2022, Julia supports the Wellington Regional Economic Development Plan through stakeholder engagement and initiative assessments. Previous roles include Programme Coordinator at Engineering New Zealand, where Julia collaborated on projects to enhance engineering practices, and at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, focusing on tourism recovery initiatives. Julia's background also includes managing educational programmes at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and supporting the New Zealand Defence Force in course enrolments and recruitment processes. Julia is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management at Massey University.
