Memory Waddle, MHA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare analysis and patient experience enhancement. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at WellMed Medical Management since February 2021, Memory previously held roles as a Data Analyst I and Patient Experience Advisor at UMC Health System, where significant contributions to improving patient experience metrics were made. Memory's analytical skills were further developed during a Graduate Residency in Risk Management at Baptist Health, focusing on quality data across multiple hospitals. Early career experience includes roles at Arkansas Psychiatric Clinic, Counseling Associates, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where interventions and research efforts were made in various patient care settings. Memory holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hendrix College.
