Ted Marks

Ted Marks serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at WellMed Medical Management, a healthcare delivery organization specializing in senior health care in Texas and Florida, since February 2020. Prior to this role, Ted held various leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group from April 2007 to February 2020, including Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for OptumCare IT, overseeing infrastructure and application development. Ted's expertise in mergers and acquisitions was further demonstrated in multiple director-level roles focused on IT integrations within UnitedHealth Group. Earlier in Ted's career, experience included consulting positions at Pepperweed Consulting and technical roles at Target Corp. and St. Paul Companies. Ted holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and MIS from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Finance from St. Cloud State University.
