Laura Walsh, RDN, LDN, CPT, is an accomplished nutrition professional with over two decades of experience. As President of Walsh Nutrition Group, Inc. since July 1999, Laura specializes in nutrition consulting, including health coaching, recipe development, nutrient analysis, and food label guidance. In addition to maintaining a position as an In Network Dietitian for Blue Cross and Blue Shield since July 2020 and serving as a Health Coach with Wellness Corporate Solutions since October 2015, Laura has also shared expertise as an adjunct faculty member at the College of DuPage and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Experience includes a role as Program Specialist for School Meal Programs at USDA and working with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Laura holds a degree in Human Resources and Family Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
