David Mansbach

David Mansbach is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the leisure, hospitality, and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as a Global Leisure & Hospitality Practice leader at Kingsley Gate since January 2021, David has a strong background in executive search and decision-making processes. As a co-founder and board member of Happy Days Restaurant Group since June 2020, David is a multi-unit franchisee of Jersey Mike's Subs. Additionally, David is involved with Wellness in the Schools as a board member, promoting healthy lifestyles among children in New York City's public schools. With a notable investment role at GrowthPoint Partners since January 2006, David also co-founded and served as Managing Director at AETHOS Consulting Group, specializing in human capital strategies within the hospitality sector. David's previous leadership roles include positions at HVS Executive Search and Ferguson Partners. David's career began in sales and conference services at The Plaza Hotel in New York, where foundational skills were developed. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford, obtained in 1991.
