Stella Sanderson

Stella Sanderson, ASW, is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in providing psychotherapy to youth and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Home Start Inc. since April 2022, Stella specializes in connecting children and families to community resources and utilizing evidence-based practices. Previous roles include Youth Therapist at Family Health Centers of San Diego, where Stella implemented clinical interventions such as TF-CBT and mindfulness, and Youth Care Associate at YMCA of San Diego County, providing trauma-informed care to migrant youth.
