Will Wellons

Will Wellons is the owner of Wellons Communications, a full-service public relations and social media firm established in 2006, dedicated to refining messages and storytelling. Prior experience includes serving as a partner at Redletter Group from May 2008 to June 2010, and as vice president at Y Partnership from 2000 to 2006, where management of national public relations accounts and significant openings like Hard Rock Hotels and Omni Orlando Resort occurred. Will Wellons began a career in journalism as a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel from June 1987 to May 2000, focusing on business and government, and earlier worked as a staff writer at the Athens Banner-Herald covering the University of Georgia. Will Wellons earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Georgia from 1983 to 1987.
