Amy Hoover MA, RD, CDN is an experienced Registered Dietitian with a diverse background in nutrition and health coaching. Currently serving as a Registered Dietitian at Elderwood since July 2023, Amy has held the role of Senior Registered Dietitian at Saratoga Hospital since May 2019. Previous positions include Lead Registered Dietitian/Nutrition Coach at Hologram Sciences and Registered Dietitian Lifestyle Coach/Team Lead at Fruit Street. Amy began their career at Glens Falls Hospital, progressing through various roles that emphasize expertise in nutrition coaching and dietetics. Amy earned a Master of Arts in Nutrition Sciences from Syracuse University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from SUNY Brockport.
