Katherine O'Neill has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health and clinical services. Katherine has held various leadership positions in prestigious organizations such as Wellpath, Diamond Healthcare, and the Massachusetts Department of Correction.
At Wellpath, they currently serve as the Senior Vice President of Wellpath Recovery Solutions, overseeing the healthcare service continuum for the Massachusetts Department of Correction population. Katherine has also served as the Senior Vice President of State & Federal.
Prior to their time at Wellpath, Katherine worked at Diamond Healthcare as the Vice President of Operations and earlier as the Executive Program Director of Behavioral Health Services.
Katherine has also worked with the Massachusetts Department of Correction in multiple roles, including Director of Behavioral Health and Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Clinical Services.
In addition, Katherine has experience with MHM Services, Inc. as the Unit Director at Bridgewater State Hospital, and with UMass Medical School as a Unit Director and Forensic Social Worker at Bridgewater State Hospital.
Throughout their career, Katherine has demonstrated expertise in the management and oversight of clinical services, as well as a commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare to diverse populations.
Katherine O'Neill holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a forensic track from Boston College. Katherine also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Special Education and Teaching, both from Boston University.
