Ted U. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Ted'smost recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Wellpoint Care Network, where they are focused on facilitating equity, learning, healing, and wellness for children and families. Prior to that, they founded and served as a partner at TU3 Consulting, providing customer-centric consulting services to enhance business models. Ted also served as the President & CEO of FEI Behavioral Health, where they successfully engineered a business turnaround and led the sale of the company. Ted has also held positions at IncentEdge, LLC, Marquette University - Business Plan Competition, Metavante Corporation, NuEdge Systems, LLC, Retail Target Marketing Systems (RTMS), Consumer Target Marketing, and Kobs & Draft Advertising. Throughout their career, Ted has demonstrated a strong track record in strategic planning, operational efficiency, change management, and customer relationship management.

Ted U. attended Ripon College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy.
