Scott Poulton

Scott Poulton serves as a Co-Responder at WellPower since June 2021 and as a Clinical Case Manager at the Mental Health Center of Denver since September 2014, managing a caseload of 20-25 clients and providing extensive support in various therapeutic and practical areas. A consistent high performer, Scott is active in training new staff and developing community partnerships. Previously, Scott held management roles at Towne Park, where responsibilities included project management, team development, and revenue improvements across multiple locations. With a Master's degree in Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Ball State University, Scott demonstrates a strong commitment to mental health and community wellness initiatives.
