Kate McCrindle

Kate McCrindle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client and customer success management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at WellRight since April 2021, Kate previously held roles at Labcorp and Maxim Health Systems, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, mentoring team members, resolving concerns, and utilizing data to enhance program effectiveness. Additional experience includes managing wellness programs and human resources at Maxim Healthcare Services and Target, respectively, as well as technical recruiting at Intelligent Capital Network. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism from Penn State University.
