Martha Hoag

Martha Hoag is a seasoned professional in the wine industry, currently serving as the Tasting Room Manager at Atwater Estate Vineyards since July 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing visitor experiences and managing tasting room operations. Martha also holds a position as a Faculty Lecturer at Wells College since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Wine Club Manager at Anaba Wines, Assistant Hospitality Manager at Vintage Wine Estates - Clos Pegase, and Senior Wine Educator at Joseph Phelps Vineyards. With a strong foundation in direct-to-consumer sales, staff training, and event coordination, Martha has cultivated expertise in wine education and customer engagement. Educational qualifications include ongoing participation in the Diploma Program at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a B.A. in English from Wells College.
