Erwin Shilling

Erwin Shilling is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in auditing and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Executive Audit Director at Wells Fargo since April 2020, Shilling previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Director of Internal Audit for the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs from April 2011 to April 2020. Prior to that, Shilling worked at Credit Suisse in various leadership roles in the Americas Equity Division from January 1997 to November 2010, including Director of Market and Regulatory Reform and Area Head of Internal Audit. Earlier in the career, Shilling served as Senior Manager at KPMG, providing assurance and advisory services to financial institutions. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Information Systems with a co-major in International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Economics from Ithaca College.
