Louise Bushby

Louise Bushby is an experienced executive in the field of rewards management, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards at Wells Fargo since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bushby held the position of Head of Global Rewards (Managing Director) at Citi from September 2019 to August 2022. Bushby has also worked at RBS, where roles included Director and Head of Reward for NatWest Markets and Capital Resolution, as well as for Group Functions and the Non Core Division from August 2012 to July 2019. Earlier career experiences include Senior Reward Manager at Barclaycard from March 2007 to July 2012, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at GCG in 2006-2007, and Business Accountant at Geest from 2002 to 2005.
