Charisse Howse

Charisse Howse currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at WellSense Health Plan, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Charisse held several leadership positions in Human Resources, including Director of Human Resources Operations at Point32Health and Director of Human Resources at Tufts Health Plan. Charisse's extensive experience also includes significant tenure at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where various roles included AVP, HR Manager/Business Partner. Additional experience encompasses roles at The Gillette Company and Duracell, covering a range of HR functions. Charisse holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Morgan State University and has advanced HR credentials from Cornell University and Northeastern University.
