Victoria M. Diamond

Ms. Diamond was appointed to her current role in July 2019. As president of WellSpan Surgery and Rehabilitation Hospital, she is responsible for the hospital’s day-to-day operating activities and oversees performance improvement and patient experience initiatives. She also serves as executive leader for WellSpan VNA Home Care and as WellSpan’s executive leader for the greater Hanover area.

Ms. Diamond joined WellSpan Health in February 2015, serving most recently as the health system’s vice president of ancillary services. Prior to that, she served as vice president and chief operating officer of WellSpan York Hospital. She previously served as senior vice president of clinical operations at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass. She also served as the executive leader of the UMass Memorial Children’s Medical Center. Ms. Diamond also held various administrative and leadership positions at Partners HealthCare in Boston and NYU Medical Center in New York City.

Ms. Diamond has a master’s degree in public administration from New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Queens College, City University of New York. She is an active leader in the local community, serving on numerous boards, including United Way.
