Ian Finisterre

Ian Finisterre is a seasoned professional in grants management and program development, currently serving as a Grants Management Associate at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund since May 2019. Previously, Ian held the position of Assistant Director of Programs at the Arnold P. Gold Foundation, where responsibilities included executing grant-giving programs and managing international signature programs. Ian's earlier experience includes roles as a Business Development Specialist at TransOptions, a Fellow at the ACT Leadership Academy, and various internships focusing on development and marketing research. With a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Ian combines a strong educational background with extensive experience in nonprofit management and organizational communication.
