Sarah Gardner has a diverse range of work experience. Sarah currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources & Administration at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, where they support the realization of human rights and social and economic justice. Prior to this, Sarah worked at After-School All-Stars, where they held various roles including Sr. Director of Special Projects, Associate Regional Executive Director, and National Sr. Director of Operations. Sarah also worked at Morgan Search as an Office Manager/Recruitment Assistant, at The Scottish Parliament as an Intern, and at Rockwell Scientific as an Intern focused on contracts and pricing. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, cross-functional team building, financial management, and compliance.

Sarah Gardner earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and English (American Lit) from the University of Southern California in the years 2001 to 2005. Sarah then completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Political Sociology at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2006 to 2007. In May 2020, Sarah obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
