Charity Owens Mahaffey Ma

Charity Owens Mahaffey MA, MHA is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in acute care and therapy. Currently serving as the Acute Care Director at WellStone since September 2014, Charity oversees the Reid House, a partial hospitalization program for adults with serious mental illness. Prior experience includes roles as an Acute Care Therapist at Aletheia House and as a Mental Health Therapist at Cullman Area Mental Health Authority Inc., where services were provided within a nursing home setting. Charity holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from South University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama.
