Andrew Cohen

Andrew Cohen, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investments. Since 2018, Andrew has held the position of Senior Vice President and Co-Head of US Investments at Welltower™ Inc. (NYSE: WELL), building on previous roles as Vice President, Co-Head of US Investments and Vice President of Investments within the same organization. Prior to joining Welltower™, Andrew served as an Analyst at V3 Capital Management, L.P. from 2014 to 2018, focusing on value and event-driven investing in real estate securities. Andrew began a career in finance at Stifel Financial Corp. as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2013 to 2014. Andrew holds a degree from Vanderbilt University.
