Russ Simon

Russ Simon is Vice President, Co-Head of US Investments at Welltower Inc. with responsibility for structure and execution of the firm’s US debt and equity investments. Mr. Simon has served in various investment and underwriting roles since joining Welltower in 2011. He has led the evaluation and closing of over $6 billion in transactions including acquisitions, public company M&A, new developments, joint ventures, debt investments, and dispositions across seniors housing, outpatient medical, and post-acute care. Mr. Simon previously served as Vice President, Investments where in addition to new investment responsibilities he led several key operating partnerships.

Mr. Simon holds a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a minor in mathematics. He is currently pursuing an MBA, also at the Ross School of Business.
