Stephanie O'Toole has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they joined Recuro Health in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at WellVia starting in 2016, where they served as the Human Resources Director. In this role, they played a key role in building the HR department from scratch, overseeing recruitment efforts, implementing HR policies and procedures, and managing payroll and benefits programs. Stephanie was also responsible for talent management and organizational planning.

Before their time at WellVia, Stephanie worked at CorePower Yoga from 2014 to 2016, where they held multiple positions including Studio Assistant, Program Lead, and Yoga Instructor. Prior to that, they worked at DynCorp International starting in 2011. During their time at DynCorp International, Stephanie served as the Training and Development Manager where they coordinated leadership development courses, improved compliance training, and updated employee onboarding programs. Additionally, they held the position of Employee Assistance Program Manager, providing support and counseling to employees and their families in challenging situations.

Stephanie's work experience demonstrates their expertise in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Stephanie has a proven track record of successfully establishing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.

Stephanie O'Toole holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from George Mason University. Stephanie also has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Marymount University. In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has obtained certifications as a Grief Recovery Specialist from The Grief Recovery Institute and as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
