Senior Customer Success Manager at Wellvibe

Mia Shelton has been working in the fitness and customer service industry since 2018. In that time, they have held a variety of positions. From 2018-2020, they were an English Second Language Teacher at both Magic Ears and PalFish. In 2020, they also began working as a Yoga Instructor at ULU Yoga. In 2021, they joined Wellvibe as a Senior Customer Success Manager, providing superior customer service and client management. Mia also served as a Customer Success Representative, mastering internal business rules and providing technical and product support. Finally, in 2022, Mia began working at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Nutritionist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Virtual Coach. In this role, they developed and implemented tailored exercise regimens, delivered fitness experiences, and prepared comprehensive fitness programs with appropriate exercises and nutritional plans.

Mia Shelton is currently enrolled at Florida Gulf Coast University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive/Developmental Psychology. Mia is expected to graduate in 2024.
