Amelia Salagean

Amelia Salagean has a diverse work experience in the language services industry. Amelia began their career at FSP Global SRL as a Team Leader in 2009. Amelia then joined Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated in 2010, where they held various roles such as Account Trainer, Language Development Trainer, Operations Team Manager, Sykes Language Academy Coordinator, and Sykes Language Academy Manager. In 2018, Amelia joined Welocalize as a Project Management Team Lead and later transitioned to the role of Operations Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Language Operations Group Lead at Welocalize, where they are responsible for achieving and exceeding cost, quality, utilization, and capacity targets across all service lines for a portfolio of languages.
