Nicoleta Parascan

Nicoleta Parascan is an experienced professional in project management and customer care with a strong background in quality analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Welocalize since May 2019, Nicoleta has advanced through various roles, including Project Manager Team Lead and Project Manager. Prior to Welocalize, Nicoleta worked at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, where responsibilities included monitoring communications, providing feedback, and coaching. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Customer Care Representative and freelance content creator in the fashion industry, as well as data entry positions at OBI Group Holding and Real Hypermarkets Chain.
