Tom Phillips

Tomas Phillips currently serves as the Head of Commercial Development, ICE Academy Manager, and Community Entrepreneurship Developer at Welsh ICE since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member for Cynon Taf Community Housing Group from September 2020 to October 2021, and working as a Youth Enterprise Consultant for YNYSYBWL REGENERATION PARTNERSHIP from November 2018 to January 2021, where support and implementation of enterprising projects for young people were key responsibilities. Tomas holds a Criminology degree from the University of South Wales, a Level 3 Certificate in Youth Work Practice from Agored Cymru, a qualification in Entrepreneurship from City & Guilds, an ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and training in Youth Mental Health First Aid.
